SLT Table Replication Stuck InProcess Step

Hi Expert,

Could you please help to advice how to troubleshoot on table replication process as the data transfer was stuck at "InProcess" status after initial load. In addition, initial load is completed but target table is empty and info is not appear in load statistic as well.

After investigate on the process in source system, i found there is one process showing on hold when calling below function, but i am not sure now to proceed further with this information, could you please help?
