Extraction From CRM to BW

Hi Gurus,

I am new to SDN when my friends said about this site i didnot believed but when i see the forums,weblogs etc. they are really amazing.Gurus as i am also new to BW i would like to know the extraction steps from CRM to BW and aslo if you can send me a documentation for lead mgt,Activity mgt,Opportunity Mgt,Territory Mgt,Business partner etc,than i am very great ful to you. I appreaciate your response.
