SAP Analytics Cloud - How to confirm concurent licenses

Hello Experts,

I am new to SAC and admin part of it. Still in learning phase. I tried to look of answers around though didn't find anything substantial.

Wanted to know if my tenant of SAC have concurrent licenses available?

I am using Neo tenant with quarterly update cycle.

I appreciate if some one can help me with document or link or explain how.
