Easy to move away from SAP?

Hi all. I'm doing research for a project, and I was wondering, with everyone getting pushed to the cloud, is it easy for companies (say Fortune 500 ones or medium sized ones) to move into other ERP software like what Microsoft or Oracle offers?

I hear many people are moving their CRM systems to Salesforce, and their HRM systems to Workday, because CRM and HRM systems tend to be pretty i https://9apps.ooo/ndependent of everything else, so it's easy to move them. Would it be harder to move away from SAP's SCM software or core ERP software? Or would it be (relatively) a piece of cake to switch to some other vendor?

Any other insights you might have about the "to cloud" migration would really be appreciated. I'm still learning a lot about all of this stuff.

Thanks!
