Can you provide bit more context to your requirement?

Generally training verification is more from end user point of view to ensure that the user is allowed to perform certain transactions in the system only after necessary trainings are completed. This requirement is more from Governance and Operational aspect.

Firefighter IDs are privileged user accounts created to support operational teams for problem solving for the PRD issues and sometimes for data patching. So, can you explain what is your requirement for Training Verification form FF ID perspective?

Hi Madhu,

Client want to make few trainings as mandatory before requesting FF Access so that anyone raising FF access request are aware and they adhere to the client specific process defined for FF id usage so it is possible to enable training verification check for FF id requests? If yes, then how are we mapping? Does mapping of curricula id to the FF role assigned to the FF id works?
