SAP Business One for Singapore: Localization Singapore or UK?

Dear Experts,
we are a German company and want to implement SAP B1 in the Singapore subsidiary. We would like to use localization UK, because we are using it in many other countries, too, and we are very familiar with it.

1. Is this possible, or is there missing any indispensable Singapore-functionality in the UK-localisation?
2. Could anyone please provide us with a comparison between the SG-and UK-localization?
