I have requirement of using excel as the backend for one of the SAPUI5 application. This excel has user form where some inputs are taken from user and rest value are calculated based on the it using VBA script.
There is lot of calculation done in the VBA script. So to avoid implementing it again in SAPUI5, application should take user inputs and put it in the excel input fields and whatever is calculated by excel should get displayed in UI5 app. Basically excel will act similar as calculation library, no need to implement any formulas in UI5 app or XS backend.
Any possible approach to achieve this in SAPUI5?
