Deleted FI parked documnent holding WBS budget

Dear Gurus,

We have deleted one FI parked document, although document is showing to be deleted on FI side, but it is still coming up in CJ31 WBS report and holding the budget.

Kindly let me know how we can completely remove this document from WBS.
