i do not understand your request. To connect to an application, you use a log-in/password.

How can you restrict connection if two users share the same log-in/password?

Do you mean user A is on desktop/laptop A, and user B is on desktop/laptop B. Both use log-in user X and password X1.

You do not want user B connect with user X/Password X1 through desktop/laptop A or B (only A, with desktop/laptop A can connect with user X/Password X1)?

If i am correct, usage of SSO could be a solution.
