​Rules Tab in Transformation cannot be seen for Master Data Attributes

Dear Colleagues,

I have transformation validation/activation error - Error in AMDP class: SQLSCRIPT message: some out table variable is not assigned: OUTTAB &A0&A1&A2&A3&A4&A5&A6&A7&A8&A9.

But what is confusing is , why am I not able to see the Rules Tab (Mapping Screen) either in modified version or active version of the Transformation, I wanted to have end routine, but now I don't even see the option to include of Start/End routine.- (Inserted image for better understanding)

What id missing, what should i do to have End Routine as of now there are no rules defined in the Transformations.

Eclipse Version : Eclipse IDE for Enterprise Java Developers. Version: 2019-09 R (4.13.0) Build id: 20190917-1200

System is BW4HANA.

Please let me know if anyone ever experienced similar issue and how was the issue resolved.
