CharRM 7.2 Set up prequisites

Hi Experts,

What are the pre-requisites for ChaRM set up in Solution manager 7.2 ?

* Is IT-Servicedesk management set up mandatory and configured before the ChaRM execution in SOLMAN_SETUP?

* Please share with me the TechED and webinar links of ChaRM 7.2 setup and regular activities..
