Publishing Content to Cornerstone Learning Management System

Hi, I am trying to publish something from Enable Now to the Cornerstone Learning Management System, and I keep getting an in-progress status that never returns complete in the LMS. Any thoughts on how to fix this? I know it has to have something to do with how I am publishing the course? Thanks!

Hi Emily,

please have a look at this Infocenter page to learn more about the publishing settings for SCORM and AICC to any LMS.

When publishing to any LMS that is not SuccessFactors or SAP Learning Solution please export the content as SCORM or AICC and then import it into your LMS.

Remember that it depends on the structure of your book which parts are tracked and are needed to be clicked to get a completion. Also the setting "Book Display" in the publishing wizard is very important because it lets you set the level of tracking.

These types of errors usually require a detailed analysis that we cannot offer through the community. It would be good to involve a consultant or your CEE if there's no easy fix you can find in the Infocenter.
