SXI MONITOR - some messages are under processing for more than 3hours

Hi,

In SXI_MONITOR, some messages are under scheduled state, where the Queue status is showing as "Message being processed". These Async inbound messages are under processing for more than 2hours. Also these messages are not huge in size.

Checked in SMQ2 to reprocess, but as it is already in processing mode, not able to cancel or retrigger.

Let me know how to proceed with this.
