SAP UI5 Cross App Navigation 404 Error

Hello All

I am trying to cross navigate from one custom sapui5 app to another custom sapui5 app. However, I am getting the error 404 Not found with undefined in URL. While navigating back through the browser I am getting the correct URL with semantic Object and action with all the parameters.

Please let me know if someone face this issue before.

This is probably caused by an error in the second app while opening. Do see something in the error log?
