Hi dear community,
I would like to ask about a configuration to be done that maybe you'll know how to.
I need to create one absence. That absence should work like in the following example (maybe it is easier to explain it).
We have an employee with a work schedule having working days from monday to friday and off days the weekends.
Check November calendar 2020.
The employee has the following absence "0001" on the following days.
The thing is, if there is a chain of consecutives absences the five first days should be calculated in absences hours and going to a wage type 0002 from the 6th day should go to another wage type calculated in calendar days.
The problem is not the calculation of the wage type but how to extract the king of counting to go to one wage type or another.
2NOV -> wage type 0002 1-5 days - ABSENCES HOURS
3NOV -> wage type 0002 1-5 days - ABSENCES HOURS
4NOV -> wage type 0002 1-5 days- ABSENCES HOURS
5NOV -> wage type 0002 1-5 days- ABSENCES HOURS
6NOV -> wage type 0002 1-5 days- ABSENCES HOURS
9NOV -> wage type 0003 >=6 days - CALENDAR DAYS
16NOV -> wage type 0002 1-5 days- ABSENCES HOURS 17NOV -> wage type 0002 1-5 days- ABSENCES HOURS 18NOV -> wage type 0002 1-5 days- ABSENCES HOURS 19NOV -> wage type 0002 1-5 days- ABSENCES HOURS 20NOV -> wage type 0002 1-5 days- ABSENCES HOURS 23NOV -> wage type 0003 >=6 days - CALENDAR DAYS24NOV -> wage type 0003 >=6 days - CALENDAR DAYS
25NOV -> wage type 0003 >=6 days - CALENDAR DAYS26NOV -> wage type 0003 >=6 days - CALENDAR DAYS27NOV -> wage type 0003 >=6 days - CALENDAR DAYS28NOV -> wage type 0003 >=6 days - CALENDAR DAYS weekend29NOV -> wage type 0003 >=6 days - CALENDAR DAYS weekend30NOV -> wage type 0003 >=6 days - CALENDAR DAYSAny ideas??Thanks a lot in advance! :)Best regards.
