Monthly PIR Qty distribution into three periods of 10 days each on percentage basis

Dear Sap Experts,

I need your input to map the requirement which is as follows, suppose the demand is transfered from SOP to DM for monthly basis say 500 Pc for a material (which we can see in MD63). Now requirement is to divide the monthly period qty into three equal period of 10 days each & on percentage basis say first 10 days 30 % of month req (150 Pc), second 10 days 35 % of month req (175 Pc) & last 10 days also 35% of month req (175Pc).

I tried the automatic split of PIR in SPRO by defining distribution function & strategy & also define period split but was not able to meet this requirement. If this is the only approach then please explain in more detial how to config these.

Also, is there any option to use this FM REQUIREMENTS_MAINTAIN to meet this situation.

I have successfully mapped the same scenario in my system using distribution function and strategy and it works as per the requirement mentioned in original post. Could you please share the config setttings done.
