IDoc working properly when triggered through WE19 but not working when launched automatically

I have created one custom Inbound Idoc for the creation/modification of the Vendor. It is working fine for all the data update when launched through WE19. But, when the same IDoc has triggered automatically through the corresponding middleware, some data is not updated correctly in the Vendor. Also, there is no message in IDoc status.

I have tried the same IDoc to execute again using WE19 and manual execution of the same IDoc updated vendor perfectly correct without any data modification in IDoc.

Can anyone suggest what can be the issue in the automatic trigger of IDoc?
