Warranty Claim Creation from Rental Notification

I'm trying to create a Warranty claim from a Rental Notification from Action Box but I got this error message:

Which warranty claim type is going to be used by the action box FM when creating the warranty claim?

The claim type determines the number range. It might be as easy as pointing the action box BAPI call to the correct claim type. Yes, to Peter's point: claim needs to have a number range configured.

It looks like you are missing a number range for the notification type.

Check your settings in SPRO under IMG element:

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service->Maintenance and Service Processing->Maintenance and Service Notifications->Notification Creation->Notification Types->Define Number Ranges

No because I create a Notification, but when I try to create a claim from notification I have this message,

I've never worked with claims..

Could it be because the claim document doesnt have a number range?
