PPM - Snapshot confgiured but dropdown list appears empty --> cannot create snapshots

Meanwhile in version 1809 we can set up the snapshots and create snapshots for a project, we have performed the same configuration in version 1909 and we encounter the following situation:

- When we try to create a snapshot of a project, the dropdown list of snapshots appears empty. therefore, we cannot select a snapshot in order to create it.

We have searched through SAP notes but we have not found any issue related to it.
