Open Product Planning Details button is disabled in Customer Demand in Supply Planning WC

Hi,

I have Submitted a Sales Order as 'Send Order Confirmation to Account'. When I go to the Supply Planning Work Center -> Customer Demand. The buttons 'Open Product Planning Details' , 'Open Order Item Planning Details', 'Release', ' Maintain Freight Forwarder' are all disabled.

Can anyone help me out with how can these be enabled.

Hello Padmaja,

Please check and ensure that both Supply Planning and Supply Control work centers are assigned to your profile or the User who is trying to access it.

The planning view of the product is active.
