My Inbox app: Approve request leave not available

Hello. I am a junior abap dev.

I have a problem with the App "My Inbox". When the HR Team tries to access the App to approve a leave request they are unable to do soo.

I have the app in a custom catalog, group and a custom role assign to the users.

I have also followed the note 2791031 and still nothing happened.

Is there anything that i am missing?
