Unable to Create EPM Report or Unable to refresh EPM Report After BPC upgrade

Hi Experts,

I have recently upgraded from BPC10.1 SP04 to BPC10.1 SP18,

After that I am unable to create EPM Report or even Unable to refresh EPM Report.

I tried below solutions:

1. Activating ENVIRONMENTSHELL using program UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT.

2. Additionally, I have executed couple of other programs like UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE, UJXO_CLEAN_CACHE, UJXO_CLEAN_DIM_CACHE, UJXO_CLEAN_TDH_DIM_CACHE

3. Also I have done Clear Metadata Cache under EPM >>More.

But still I am unable to create EPM Report & unable to refresh any EPM report/input templates.

My Live environment (Custom Environment) name is say XYZ. Do I need to execute the program UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT for the custom environment XYZ or is there anything else is required to fix this issue.

Could you please help me on this issue ?
