Change hire day in SuccessFactors after Payroll has been run

As part of a migration of legacy HR system to SuccessFactors one of our employees had the wrong hire date loaded and this was not noticed until after a payroll run, when their Tax was zero, as identified on their Payslip.

We need to change the Hire date so that next months payslip is calculated correctly and tax adjusted accordingly based on the YTD values that were supplied during the data load.

Can this be done within SuccessFactors?.

Hi Gary-

You should be able to adjust the hire date in MPH (manage pending hires), which will flag to Compensation to make an adjustment based on the date.
