ASN in a B2B connection problems.

Hello experts.

I am working with a third party integration with suppliers, I am trying to generate a ASN from an IDOC but I get the next error:

Invalid Party Identification. Sender/ Recipient information incomplete

I checked the information from the supplier and the partys but all the information is complete.

I don't know if that is a problem from the master data or if it is a problem with my request.
