SAP Business One Integration Server B1if Database growing size at a high pace

My B1if Database is growing very large at a high pace. Already ran the Database Purge Utility and Shrink on the Database. The File got to the original size after a Shrink was run, but has again started growing. As more Events are getting processed, it grew up to 10 GB in just 2 hrs.

Please advise to as to how to solve this issue.
