Resource scheduling apps (Asset Management) not available in 1909 version (SAP CAL)

The below Resource scheduling apps for Asset management is not available in SAP 1909 release.Can you please advice what is required to activate them?

1.Resource scheduling for Maintenance planners

2.Work center utilization

3.Maintenance scheduling board

you mean the Fully-Activated Appliance in SAP CAL ? If the apps are not activated, please refer to the Fiori library to identify them, e.g. https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F2227')/S18OP
