SCP TMS Transport status is not shown in solution manager

Steps:

1. Setup integration between solution manager and SAP Cloud Platform Transport Management Service.

2. [ChaRM] Normal Change, assign transport request and select one previous application in current Quality transport node import queue.

3. After 10 mins, both transport import to Quality SCP space and add application to transport import queue for Production transport node.

4. Change status to next status.

Issue:

1. [ChaRM] Normal Change, transport status is not updated and error shows when Save.

'Transport request XXX has not yet been imported into XXX'
