Contract Item Line in C4C

Hello Experts,

We have successfully replicated contracts from ECC to C4C .

Now, When a contract is updated(any field/data is changed) then it should replicate back to ECC from C4C

But when i updated the Sales Contract i am getting the following error.

In Web Service Message Monitoring also no message(outbound) is showing.

Could you please help me out?

Any leads are appreciated.

Hi Vinay,

Check if the Item type that you have used in the contract is marked in Fine tuning as " Not external System relevant"

Add an item with an itemtype that us relevant for replication
