Cannot see the Cloud Foundry runtime service

Hi

I am working with a client at the moment and having issues with deploying a NodeJS application to a Cloud Foundry subaccount. Normally we would have an Application runtime and Bandwidth that we would activate via the Entitlements however no such runtime exists. This has changed several times recently - first being part of Extension Factory and now I believe it is called Cloud Foundry runtime. The issue is - I cannot see this in the entitlements even though the customer is on the subscription CPEA model.

Is this a bug or am I missing something here?

thanks

What is the error you get on deployment?

Hello Phil,

For CPEA accounts, a quota of 50GB Cloud Foundry runtime is allocated by default to every subaccount. So there is no need to entitle this service quota specifically.

More details here:

Hope this helps.

Hi, how does that work with Subscription accounts when you bought memory? Let's say you bought 5 GB. Is there also 50GB assigned and we have to be careful not to use more than 5?

Thanks in advance!
