Key-mapping-replication Interfaces

Hello experts,

I am new to MDG and Key-Mapping-replication.

I am struggling to understand the use of the interfaces. In my understanding, if I want to post key-mappings to another system I am configuring "KeyMappingBulkReplicateRequest_Out" in the sender system and need to configure "KeyMappingBulkReplicateRequest_In" in the receiving-system to receive all the key mappings.

Then there are the two interfaces "KeyMappingBulkReplicateConfirmation_In" and "KeyMappingBulkReplicateConfirmation_Out".

Where do I have to configure which confirmation interface? What is the process here and when are they triggered? Does the receiving-system send out a confirmation after successfully receiving all key-mappings with "KeyMappingBulkReplicateConfirmation_Out" and sending-system is receiving the confirmation with "KeyMappingBulkReplicateConfirmation_In" from receiving-system?
