I replaced a computer that is using Syteline 9.00.30 and Crystal Reports 2013 13.020. The original computer is able to print reports ok.
The new computer using Syteline 9.00.30 and same version of Crystal Reports will NOT print reports. I hit the print icon and nothing occurs. No error , no printing activity of any kind. I have tried a number of reports and the print icon does not do anything. This computer has never printed reports , it could be something I have missed?
On the original computer a print box comes up and I can print. This older computer is having issues and needs to be replaced.

mmmm, well we know it's not an issue with CR then.
If you have a IT department I suggest asking them to debug the printing issue.
Maybe, uninstall the printer and then reinstall it by right clicking on the setup.exe ( or what ever they use ) and selecting Run as Administrator.
Try right clicking on Adobe Reader and selecting Run as Admin and see if that works.
Could be a permission issue.
Or it may even be your Anti-virus software blocking access to the printer. Check the AV logs and try looking in the Event Viewer, maybe the OS is capturing the cause also.
Do you have a spoolsv.exe running in task manager? That is the MS printer service, if it's not running that would explain why you can't print anything.
If all else fails maybe you need to repair your Windows, but that's basically a reinstall or a start over process, wipe the drive and install Windows again...

If you export to Adobe and the open the PDF does it print?
