Dear,
We are searching for a solution for the following business case in SAP Marketing Cloud.
'Customer A buys on a monthly base a product in the same category, the last two months he did not buy anything.'
We want to identify this deviation from previous purchase behavior, and send an e-mail with recommendations of products of that same category the customer purchased before.
Question 1: Is segmentation based on deviation of previous purchase behavior possible?
Question 2: Can we link to that an e-mail campaign that is recommending products related to their previous purchase behavior?
