Multi level packaging POP1

Hello,

I'm trying to prepare appropriate packaging instruction (POP1). 20 pcs in one pallet. 2 pcs in one blister / 2 blister in one row / 5 rows with 2 blisters. between each row is one plate - so with 20 pcs on pallet / 10 blisters and 5 plates.

Any ideas? thanks in advance

Hi Tomaz,

For multilevel packing, you will need to create the packing instruction as follows:

1. P - Packaging material "Pallet" as load carrier.

2. P - Auxiliary packaging material "plate": 4 units if you only use the plate between layers, or 5 if you also put a plate between pallet and 1st layer.

3. I - Subordinate packing instruction for "blister": 10 units and rounding qty 2, which represent each layer of 2 blisters. (you can create it separately and add the packing instruction number here or add the amounts with no content # and you'll get asked if you want to create it right away).

4. T - Text item for instructions: "Place 2 blisters per layer and separate the layers with 1 plate" (optional)

The subordinate packing instruction should be created as follows:

1. P - Packaging material "Blister" as load carrier.

2. M - content "product": 2 pcs.

Hello marqito

Assuming that you need one-level HU hierarchy i.e. want to identify a pallet as HU but not a row of blisters you should create a packing instruction as follows:

- packing material: material number of a pallet

- content: 20 pcs of a product

- auxiliary packing material: 4 plates - you have 5 rows per pallet and a plate between them so it's for plates.

That packing instruction will define the pallet and its content nicely however will not reflect the inner structure of the pallet i.e. its rows.
