Transisition from CAL solution to test&demo system

Hi,

we want to setup a test&demo system for our company. Therefore we want to use a trial system from CAL. We recognized that VM discs get deleted after trial expires. We have head that there might be a way to avoid this expiration by extending the trial duration and converting the CAL solution trial to a test&demo system.

Does anyone know more about this option?

BTW SAP CAL does not delete disks but suspends the provisioned VMs upon trial expiration.

thanks for referencing your great blog posting. Now I got it!

And also thank you for the correction concerning the VM discs. It missed the difference between deleting and suspending.
