Custom off Cycle: Advance Leave Payment - KSA

Hi Experts,
The current SAP KSA Localization for Advance leave payment works as following:-

which means if employee requested a vacation from 15 aug to 10 sep it calculates his advance payment depending on the current WT of the month aug & sep as shown in the second row.

but I'm implementing a different way for KSA company.
if the employee was hired in 02/02/2016 (or his last vacation was in 02/02/2016).
and he requested a vacation on 26/02/2017 to 20/03/2017.

now they calculate the advance leave payment in different way

Last vacation (or hire date) = 02/02/2016

2016 WT salary = 3000

Vacation Date = 26/02/2017 to 20/03/2017
2017 WT salary = 3500

Date difference (02/02/2016 - 31/12/2016) = 333 Day
(3000/365)*333 = 2736

Date difference (01/01/2017 - 19/03/2017) = 77 Day
(3500/365)*333 = 738

Advance Leave Payment = 2736+738 =3474

is there any way to accomplish this calculation instated of the localized KSA ?
