Software download problem from SAP Support portal!


As of today, we cannot download software packages from the SAP support portal. Warning message when we try to download;

"Direct download not allowed. Your selected items were successfully added to the EXPORT section of your download basket and may be subject to prior approvals from SAP and/or the relevant authorities."

Does anyone know about this?
