how to create virtual directory on IIS using Crystal Reports Viewer 2016/2020

we have a web app(.NET) with crystal report. when its installed on any machine, it creates a virtual directory by the name crystalreportviewer12 on IIS, which physically points to -

C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\Common\4.0\crystalreportviewers12\

dont know, as how it was created. it was probably when CR2008 was being used.

we intend to upgrade to Crystal Reports Viewer 2016 or 2020. i installed Crystal Reports Viewer 2020, but did not find any such folder which could be mapped as a virtual directory in IIS, as we currently have.
