How to disconnect Equipment and its measuring point in SAP?

Hi SAP GURU，

Measuring point is created with reference to Equipment.

For this link, is there a way to break it that we can replace the equipment with a dummy one?

In case the counter is wrong or duplicated, in equipment master, only the correct counter can be displayed.
