SAP DM unable to connect to remote server

Hello experts

I need to update content refresh from DM Web. I have the source data:

I´m using connection to BW PRD:

But when iniciating the refresh:

Enter the credentials and the strWebException error is shown: Unable to connect to the remote server.

When connecting using DM Add-in the following error is shown: “Error in communication with SAP BW: the connection is finished: Could not stablish a trust relation for secure channel SSL/TLS”:

My config20 is :

I applied note 1972851 and check note 2733402 (but could not find the SchUseStrongCrypto registry.

Hi Maria,

Seems like a certificate issue. I cannot see the data-source definition, but I think you are using the IP address, right?

Normally certificates are issued with FQDN, not IP address

Can you try browsing tho the URL and see what the result is?

For example, my data-source is defined as this

If you browse to this URL, you should see a response
