SAP ECC/S4H User data Integration to Ariba Buying & Invoicing

Hi All,

Did any one try creating/Integrating SAP users into Ariba downstream. There is an option to export SAP users and user group from ARBCIG_MASTER_DATA_EXPORT program.

However when I used this option to export SAP users, the job in Ariba attempts to delete and update users from the payload.

Is this the standard behavior to update users from SAP into Ariba, only when the users are in sync. Any users which are created in Ariba directly will be deleted ?

Hi Assad,

Depends on your send request from ERP program UI. If you are sending as Full Load then it will delete existing and upload from file. If you are sending incremental then it will create/update the new/existing entry.
