Not getting call recording link on C4C from CTI server

Dear Team,

call dispositions & calls recording via CTI are not visible under the respective leads, also should dispose the call only on C4C, currently agent has to dispose the call on CTI server & also on C4C.

All configuration done successfully. Could you please guide where we can check this.
