Hi. The screenshot in the incoming payment is logged in through user "AYU". In general authorisations screenshot, I see a different user name. Can you please check?

We have sett up full authorization, we are forget to attach informationbthat we have sett, but still cannot add incoming payment mens.

Hello,

Please go to General Authorizations (using Superuser) and provide Full Authorization to Incoming Payments to the required user.

By default the users will not have any authorizations to any of the modules. You need to provide the authorizations based on the user's requirements.
