Lumira Dashboard when refreshed, prompts to remap fields when there is no change to datasource.

Hello All, I am using Lumira Discovery Edition 2.3 SP2 patch 2. I have created a dashboard with Excel as data source and published the dashboard. When dashboard is accessed via BI Launchpad and refreshed is clicked it, it prompts with the following message, "Lumira has detected changes to the data sources used in your datasets To continue, ensure that columns are either mapped or removed." There are no changes to column names just the data is updated in excel. My brain is fried trying to resolve this for the past 3 days. Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you are running SAP Lumira Desktop fixed issues for 1.31 on an old patch, consider updating it

Check this SAP note for reference of the of errors resolved with Patch 7 for the same version of Lumira you are running

    • Thank You Luis, was able to find the Note. the workaround suggested in there doesn't seem to help at all.
When you open and refresh a document without making any modifications to it. it prompts for the Data Mapping dialog box.

Workaround- After opening the document choose the Data> Edit data source option and then refresh the document.
