Sales Order Line Status

Is there a way to set the sales order line status in SAP ByDesign?

We have multiple lines in a sales order and would like to mark each line with its own status (i.e. not release, hold, etc...) thanks in advance.

Hello nmacanip_01,

The sales order line status is changed based on the follow up document creation. once the customer demand is released, the order line changed to delivery In Process, once the order was partially invoices, invoice status changes to In Process. When all the delivery and invoice is done, the status changes to Finished.

It is not possible to manually set the line delivery and invoice status.

However, you can create extension field on the item level, to record other status.
