Delete Subscriptions to obsolete Communication Categories

Hi,

we have some Communication Categories that have become obsolete.
Many contacts have subscriptions for these communication categories.

We want to delete the subscriptions because we don't need them anymore. They should not be displayed in the contact.

I didn't found a way for deleting the subscription to these communication categories.

Does anybody has an idea?

Thanks for reaching out with your query. Unfortunately, this is currently not possible. There is however an Influence Request you can add your vote to, which increases the chance this feature is included in the future road map.
