Hello

i need to Fetch account name on task tile on dashboard in C4C

currently showing status text on task tile

i attached a screen short please check under blue mark, now showing status text but we want to Fetch account name there untitled.png

Hi,

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible to display account name on tile.

To be fair, "My Task" donot make any sense to show the account name as it is generic tasks.

However, as a workaround you need to append the account name within the subject/name of task. This can be done using a small script at the abckend which will enable you to query the account name and append it with the original tasks subject.
