issue with VLANs to get to the license server in SAP Business one

Error Message: "Connection with License Server Failed"

We have recently configured different VLANs in our network and upgraded the firewall. Previously there was only single subnet in the network and all SAP B1 users were on same subnet as that of SAP server so the access was not an issue. Now as every user has to access from different subnet to SAP server, that user is able to ping the SAP server as routing is complete but the application access is blocked and that might be due to some blockage within the server and an ACL might be blocking other networks to access the application.

We are using Windows server 2012 R2 & SAP business one 9.2

Hi and welcome to the SAP Community!

Thank you for visiting SAP Community to get answers to your questions. Since you're asking a question here for the first time, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with https://community.sap.com/resources/questions-and-answers (if you haven't already), as it provides tips for preparing questions that draw responses from our members. For example, you can outline what steps you took to find answers (and why they weren't helpful). The more details you provide, the more likely it is that members will be able to assist you. Should you wish, you can revise your question by selecting Actions, then Edit (although once someone answers your question, you'll lose the ability to edit the question -- but if that happens, you can leave more details in a comment). Finally, if you're hoping to connect with readers, please consider adding a picture to your profile. Here's how you do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5JdUbyjfMA&list=PLpQebylHrdh5s3gwy-h6RtymfDpoz3vDS. By personalizing your profile with a photo of you, you encourage readers to respond.

Hello marco Ramirez,

We have only one server of SAP B1, we have checked server's firewall it has access to the application. there is no such antivirus restriction to the application because our SAP B1 application is running smooth on same subnet.

Hello

If within your network environment you have more than one server, you could check that the operating system's firewalls are allowed access to the application, another possibility is if you have an antivirus console, within these they usually have rules to allow network passage, always in the firewall area. Rule out that the network layer is fine and then you go to the application layer, as I said firewalls and antivirus.
