Error Message: "Connection with License Server Failed"
We have recently configured different VLANs in our network and upgraded the firewall. Previously there was only single subnet in the network and all SAP B1 users were on same subnet as that of SAP server so the access was not an issue. Now as every user has to access from different subnet to SAP server, that user is able to ping the SAP server as routing is complete but the application access is blocked and that might be due to some blockage within the server and an ACL might be blocking other networks to access the application.
We are using Windows server 2012 R2 & SAP business one 9.2
May I have any answer on this question please?

Hello marco Ramirez,
We have only one server of SAP B1, we have checked server's firewall it has access to the application. there is no such antivirus restriction to the application because our SAP B1 application is running smooth on same subnet.

Hello
If within your network environment you have more than one server, you could check that the operating system's firewalls are allowed access to the application, another possibility is if you have an antivirus console, within these they usually have rules to allow network passage, always in the firewall area. Rule out that the network layer is fine and then you go to the application layer, as I said firewalls and antivirus.
