Hi All,
We want to enable the Enable Single Sign On (Log On Using Windows Domain Account), But we did not active that function during the installation of the SLD.
So when I go to the security tab on the SLD that option is greyed out.
Is there anyway of "fixing" that now without reinstalling the SLD?
Thank you
Jerusha
Dear Jerusha,
so you had successfully an active and proper working SSO - your sreenshot shows expected behaviour.
With SSO, DBs are only listed in "Choose Company" screen when user is registererd to AD.
To login manually, enter user id and password manually, and enter also DB name manually and you should be fine.
After login into SBO, go to user setup and assign AD Account.
on next start of SBO you will see Company listed.
kind regards
Stefan

Dear Stefan,
Hope you are well. We have managed to this this on a test environment as we have alot of users logging into alot companies.
So it successfully works on the SAP B1 client, however we are having issues on with the browser access. From my local pc I see this:
However on the windows server where the browser access service is installed I can log in.
You have assisted greatly with this.. do you perhaps know if the single sign on works successfully for users using browser access. Are there any additional steps to take?
Hi Pierre,
We went through the process and managed to enable the windows login feature. We also registered the Service Principle to the SLD. but then none of the companies show when trying to log back into Business one... In the SLD everything is fine, all the schemas show
We reverted back... Any idea why this happens?
Thank you again
Jerusha
