Crystal Tokens in SAP B1 Hana

I have a Crystal Report based on a command which contains the following parameter:

{?BUDGET@SELECT "AbsID","Name" FROM OBGS}

In SQL B1 that would pop up a drop down list for me to select which Budget Scenario I want to select to run the report based on.

When I import the report into SAP Hana, the parameter appears with a drop down arrow, but no list appears.

What needs to change to allow this to work?
