Report Doesn't show on mobile App

Hi All,

I made a new report and i'm trying to enable it to The BYD Mobile App.

I mark the check box of enable to app mobile in the report wizard but i cant see this report and report section.

What else i need to do?

Did i miss some configuration or i assignment?

Dear matan007,

For viewing the reports in ByD mobile app, you have to perform below tasks:

-> if its custom report, create and assign the report as usual (no need to check box for Enable for Mobile Device) and make sure that end user has access to that work center/work center view

-> Open the report with desired view and selection

-> Now save the bookmark (Configure-> Bookmark -> save as Bookmark) and select yes for "On Mobile".

After this end user should be able to view the saved bookmark in ByD Mobile Device.
